Hi guys back with more problems unfortunately.

I don't know if thesee faults are related in anyway.

1st the drivers door window has started to only work intermitantly I know it isn't the wiring as this was checked repaired not long ago & a different motor fitted (Thanks Pete :) )

2nd yesterday I went to use my front wipers and nothing happened which was unfortunate as I was driving and had just sprayed the screen.

The screen wash is working (obviously) and the rear wiper is working.

I have checked the fuse and that is fine.

Does any one have any suggestions as to what could be causing the problems & how to repair them myself cheaply.

Cheers Jim

Not sure why you are so sure the window is not related to wiring problems, if this has been repaired prior it should be the first port of call imo.

Wipers are likely to be the stalk itself "imo", Im assuming they do not work on any speed ?

I am assuming you have checked both fuses relevant to the wipers.....?

Fuse 44 - 20AMP

Fuse 10 - 15AMP

Hi

No I checked 26 & 44 front & rear wipers

What is fuse 10 for?

26 is rear motor,

44 is front motor

Fuse 10 provides a feed into the wiper stalk / switch, not saying it's the issue, but certainly worth checking.

Thanks for the info I will check it asap
