Delivery times

Anyone have updates on delivery times for Skoda Kamiq ?

Just nosy but,

?

Who is the Dealer it is ordered at or who is the deal done with?

 

The Dealer you ordered with or that are supplying it are the ones that really really do know better than anyone else who got there car or told a story.

 

Skoda Salespeople really can talk to those that know, meet the delivery drivers, sit in on their sales meetings get the updates etc.

 

It is just that sometimes if no good news they do not want to tell you,

or even then if good news they can not be bothered.

Try and ring the dealer and ask for an update (however bad the delay is).  If you phrase it this way they shouldn’t be scared to tell you the truth.   Ideally get them to email a screenshot of your current order status and estimated build date.

 

Allow about a month for ship, delivery to dealer and PDI inspection, and work on basis will be ready to drive home one month after build.   In most cases will be fairly close.

 

The VW group tracker website is suggesting about 5-6 months for a Kamiq from order date currently

Very nice! I have noticed the windy windows have gone too.I wonder if it was down to chip shortgage or cost cutting?
