Hi, just purchased a new Octavia. I’ve managed to set up Skoda Connect and primary user however when I log in as the primary user voice control or OK Laura doesn’t work. Any suggestions?

I think you can activate or disable in one of the menu Mine was set to off hence why it didn't work.Still yet to activate and try though.

Guest and primary are individual profile so it's possible to have one voice control activated on one of the profiles only I think.

I,m sure an expert will correct me if wrong.

Yes, voice control can be turned off in the settings. Pretty sure it is saved in the user personalisation, hence works in one and not the other.
