I have a question about driver profile that my car have Superb 2017, ambition with driver memory seat.

When entering car and then changing user profile to my wife's or vice versa, everything changes from, radio, climatronic and so on, but seats stays as they are and in the meantime infotainment displays message "seats moving to  position" . So does anybody know is this seat memory only for linking with key or it can work also from infotainment and change it from there? 

Have you set a seat position for both user profiles on memory 1?

if both profiles match for seat memory 1 they won’t move.

 

I believe they should be linked to profile, not key.

 

each key can be set to a different user profile though 

I tried all combination, every profile on different number, than every profile on first number, but seat won't move automatically. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, or that function is not possible...

Either ur seat memory module is faulty, and hence not changing or ur doing something wrong when storing the positions.

 

Change to driver profile 1 (you) first, change the seat position, and store the position to button A.

 

Then change to driver profile 2 (ur wife), change the seat position and store the position to button B.

Memory module was faulty, the AD changed it, everything works now except that. Then they didn't code it right or something else, because I'm setting it the way you describe it.

This wednesday I was at AD and they conmfirmed that my infotainment BOLERO doesn't support changing seat position thrue infotainment only with key, as they said that is only for newer infotainment.
