Back to stock turbo - car cant go over 80nm torque + N239 fault code

Featured Replies

I have switched back to my original turbo after almost two years with an RTMG hybrid 240rs .

Process was going smoothly but when I took it on a test drive it had no power..

Live data from OBD dongle showed 1.37 bar boost when flooring it but max torque was 80nm , played with the wastegate actuator seems to be ok , removed the charge pipe and intake throttle body was moving ok.

Diagnostic tool later showed fault - 01282 - intake manifold flap , change-over valve (N239) .

Has anyone else faced this problem? Any solutions?

thanks.
