Ride height adjusted - Pics (56k Beware!!)

Featured Replies

Finally got round to having the coilovers adjusted. Was fed up of having to reverse up my drive every morning. The look is now exactly how I wanted it to be from the start. The rear coilovers are at the highest setting and the fronts adjusted to bring the car level.

Before and after pics below and feel free to discuss wether I should have kept it's origninal height (stopwatch running on Baker21 post about it being too high)

Hey man, that's not nice, LOL!!

Looks very similar to the ride height of my Bora TBH, doesn't look too bad but you know me, I like it nice and low!!

My 19's should be on by next week now ready for GTI International so let's see what ride height I can achieve.

My first pics were done with the rears as low as possible and the fronts about three-quarters down. Assuming you'll be running 235/35/19 rubber, you wont have to adjust the ride height as the overall wheel/tyre diameter will be the same. You'll probably need to take off your rear spacers though (and sell them to me!!!)

That is 2.5 cool. Now please remove the Superb letters and diesel badge for cool version 3.0. Thankyou.

Hope that your right mate.

If your interested in some spacers then I am thinking of sorting out a Group Buy on them? Wonder if people will be interested?

I assume that I need to post up a thread in the Group Buy section but I am not too sure on the rules?

I am not a business I just know someone that could sort people out?

Shall I post up a thread in the GB section and see what happens?

The car looks fantastic now - much better than before - no question.

How dows it drive on the 19" wheels/coilover combination - in terms of comfort and tramlining?

Get a group buy going Baker21 and I'll be very interested. Since I had the height put back up, the comfort level is mush improved. Was very rough before (probably downside to cheaper coilovers) but now it's not much harder than oem

Thats certainly a :pimp: ride.

Those A8 wheels look sensational on the superb. Really like it mate.

You got a rear end pic square on so I can get an idea of the rear wheel spacing?
