Buenas noches acabamos de comprar un Karoq Sportline y no trae cargados los mapas, me dice el vendedor que es un extra y que vale 500€ hay alguna manera de cargar los mapas sin pasar por caja?

They are included in UK cars, but you will have to check with Skoda Spain to find out what should have been included with your car. 

 

What does your invoice say? Does your car have the Amundsen or Columbus infotainment system installed? (The Bolero looks similar but has no sat nav function.)

Probably you have the Bolero unit, with or without virtual cockpit, it's the latest Bolero unit, you can buy the maps from Skoda connect shop, from the unit itself after setting up the account and everything. In my country (Romania) it costs 400EUR (1980LEI). From what I was able to find is that maps can't be installed outside Skoda systems.
