That time of year again for me and Kermit  MOT passed with no advisories, and service being carried out too. New pads and discs for the front as front left appears to be warped (been getting a thrum thrum under braking but not feeling it through the pedal)

Hi Markos, it's a good feeling. Ditto for my lowly 1.4 except still on original pads and discs.

SWMBOs turn with the Fabia (service only) next week.

Brake discs were badly corroded on the inner face. Rears are still good for now,just some minor scoring

Inner face corrosion of the discs seems to be relatively common, could this indicate some issue with the inner pistons or pads?

MOT day for me, straight pass, nothing of concern. Winter tyres proved fun in the snow too.
