sound system in - ANNOYED

Featured Replies

recently had the head unit, front speakers and tweeters replace. sub put in the boot. but, everytime it rains, open boot the flipping water pours on the subs. this is one major design fault

Open the boot half way, slowly - let the rain run into the "gutters" before you open it fully

tis a common fault, just trade it in for an estate to sort the problem :)

Neither has Ben, unless you call four subs a family..lol

If your good with silicone mask up the tailgate and the rear window and fill the channel in with some clear. This should stop the water collecting in there.

the trouble is i started with 1x10", then 2x10" then 2x12" and now 4x12" so it doesn't actually feel that impressive t me just normal really :o

but i still like it :)

they create a slight buzz

I have to say this water thing is really annoying and the fact that they didn't fix it going from the Octy I to the Octy II is disgusting. I really feel that there should be a redesigned rear window rubber suround to fix this from skoda.
