SE tech - Manual 2.0 diesel 
 

Have read through the water pump thread, hoping mine will avoid that issue as mainly appears to earlier mk3s .

Anything else I should look for, cam-belt change needs to be at 5 years or 70,000 miles whichever is sooner as I can see. 
 

any major red flags people could make me aware of would be greatly appreciated. Fantastic community here, very useful to novice coming into the brand.

Ah yes I did read that software errors with the sat nav, thanks.
