Status 20, build week 40

Hello friends

Calling any Skoda specialists out there!

looking to you knowledgeable folk to hopefully provide me more insight than my local dealership seem able to do. 
 

my new order Octavia VRS was assigned build week 40 (early October 2022) and is status 20. From looking online, that means it’s currently ‘in build’ however it’s now the middle of November with no update. Comments online suggest the next code status will be 30 when ready to be shipped, however my dealer states it hasn’t yet entered build (in contradiction to what I’m reading online regarding status 20). Does anyone know what is actually correct? Do dealers know more sub codes to status 20? I’m so confused.
