HVAC issue - help needed please

Hi all - my mothers 2010 (60) 1.2 TSI SE has an issue with the HVAC system (it’s the digital climate control), where the panel all lights up as normal, but the fans aren’t blowing at all - even turning them right up. 
 

Any ideas what this could be please? Assuming it can’t be a fuse if it’s lighting up ok?

Please note - I am not a mechanic or expert in anything.

 

Always worth checking the fuses, if any are  'blown' then of course you want to find out why.
