Hi All, 

  new person here.
Picked up my 2021 1.5 Estate on Friday, ex demo', 200 miles. Just tried to clean the windscreen on the way home from work and both jets barely reach the screen, hitting the glass BELOW the wipers. Fluid is topped right up. Wonder if anyone had any pointers before I complain to dealer. 

Any assistance greatly appreciated,

That's 3200 miles, not 200. Should've proof read it!!

Had this.  Fine mesh filter on the pump was blocked with some goop affecting both front and rear washers. No idea how it got there.    Cleaned and put back together and fine.  Would suggest you take it back to the dealer.
