This might be a bit of a stupid question but is there anyway to put the mk5 gold rear lights on the mk1 fabia?

This probably sounds like abit of a stupid question but... is there anyway to put the mk5 golf rear lights onto my mk1 fabia, I do like the standard one but I'd like to be able to put infinity lights on, however would require circle lights,

If you remove the rear light clusters from your Fabia it will become very obvious that you won't get a round peg into that square hole!
