Ulez anyone deep undercover?

Hey guys,

I've been trying to get information on roadmaps from tfl for ulez, but it's been like drawing blood from a stone. 

So far I've asked the council, mayor's office and Tfl. I've been on twitter and trying getting info publicly.

I'm trying to find out what happeneds when Euro7 comes in, or what happeneds in 5 years with the CO2 per gram be reduced?.

Making a new purchase as my Fabia isn't ulez and hard to plan.

Anyone on the inside and knows what's going on? Cheers
