I have a Octavia 2017 and smart link of this car is disabled. I want to activate this by updating version of device but i don't know how to do it.

bluetooth: c190

device part no: 5EO 035 871D

hardware : 690

software : 8740

model version : MEN2_EU_SKGPx_P7381L
MU version : 8740

 

 

is it possible to update this model version from MEN2 to MHI2?

Updating the software won't add new features, they are activated by codes from factory/dealer.

Is an available update, this seems to cure some sound issues people are having.

 

 

Your only other choice is to change the hardware, but this will not be easy task.
