So I have the SE L with the Amundsen infotainment system.  I have a Samsung Galaxs S10 with the latest software update and AA is also up to date.  recently when AA reads out a message or responds it doesn't reduce the volume of music playing meaning you can't hear what its saying.  I need to go to the notifications and read the message and reply that way where it does lower the volume of the music.  Anyone had this?

You can set announcement volume in settings to higher or lower announcements or music phone. Or while it's being said turn left thumb wheel

its not the announcement volume thats the issue. When an announcement is played it should mute the music but it doesn't so you are listening to the music and the announcement.  If I press the Bell icon and go to notifications then play the message it mutes the music before playing the message but not in the main AA screen.
