ham radio hf transmitter install

i am looking for any advice info re fitting radio transmitters to 2019 2.0 tdi kodiaq ,

i am a radio armature and would like ti install a 100w hf transceiver .

i have been advise that some modern cars can have adverse issues when radios are fitted  (upsetting the electronics ).

i currently have a 50w digital vhf/uhf radio with no adverse issues .

any help would be good
