I've just taken delivery of my 6th Octavia vRS - yes, I'm a boring old fart.....lol.

Does anyone know if there is a facility for the MySkoda app to send a notification to my phone if the car is unlocked between certain times? If not, is it because the app needs to refresh the status everytime it opens etc?

If this isn't a thing, I wonder if Skoda could implement it. What with all the keyless car thefts taking place around the UK.

I have already taken as many precautions as possible, faraday pouches for keys, using the key to lock the car then touching the sensor to 'double' lock it overnight etc. But one still worries a little.

I know I could deactivate keyless entry, but at present I don't want to deactivate it totally.

I don’t think you can get notifications for unlocking, but you can fit location. Haven’t tried it, but might be worth a try, setting a tight geofence and move it.
