Mk1 Fabia Estate ICE Install

Hi guy's i'm new to the forum, recently bought a really nice Mk1 Fabia Estate and i'm looking for ideas on where to place the speakers in the car. There is no rear solid parcel shelf as it's the roller blind type so this makes it impossible to drop a couple of sets of 6x9's in there. Amp's i'm pretty much sorted with, headunit i've already got, same with subs etc. 

Secondly the door speakers in the front are vibrating like crazy (they are getting ripped out anyway) but, i want to pre-order speakers but i don't know the size or shape of them etc and will i need speaker pods? 

Thirdly Is it possible to install speakers in the rear doors?
