Removing the dash side panel

Featured Replies

Does anyone has tips on how to remove the side panel of the dashboard? The workshop manual doesn't tell more than this picture:

I have a basic disasembly tool set but none of the tools seems to take it apart so I rather ask before I break something.

Thank you. I've finally removed it. You really have to stick the tool right next to those "points of contact" and twist until they come out.

Now - the reason I wanted to remove the cover was to remove the glove box. I've removed all the screws and rivers as suggested but it still doesn't even move. So is there anything else I should know?

@XTad There’s some incidental info on this thread about removing the glovebox…
