I have a 2018 Karoq Edition with Columbus. I have paired my phone but every time I make a call my phone switches from the car audio to the phone audio setting meaning I can't make or take calls whilst driving. I don't know if this is a phone or Columbus issue. Any answers?

I have a Xiaomi note 10 5g and that works fine for calls albeit I have a MIB3 Amunsen system. You do have to disable lock on the phone as Xiaomi don't support trusted Bluetooth unlocking
