Hi everyone, I have a 2014 Octavia RS and recently I've had a lot of crackling through my speakers and now the sound has stopped working. I done a bit of fiddling about with the system and found that if I held in the off button for around 13 sec it rebooted the system, then I would hold the media button for 3 seconds and do an update via USB, this would usually get the sound working again however its not ideal having to do this process every time I get into the car. 

 

Has anyone else has this issue and do they know how to resolve it.
