Wireless Charging & Folding mirrors

Evening.

I recently bought a Skoda Octavia 3 (10.2015) and i saw that it had the wireless charching part. The problem is that the phone is not charching (used a samsung and iphone) and i was wondering how can i see using VIN if the car was constructed using that feature or it was added after (and of course without connecting the power cable or something). Something again weird is that in my Coloumbus navigation i have the setting for folding the mirrors but on the door i don`t have the button to set the mirrors to fold. Thanks
