Got the key not found on the dash board. I’ve changed both batteries in both keys and got the same result. Has 

any one got any ideas and or suggestions on the problem at all ?

or do I have to chat up the loacal dealer at all ?

 

Ive got the keyless system on the car. 
was able to open the doors ect just by touching the door Handel and press the start stop button with out getting the key out of my pocket.

Connect a diagnostic tool (VCDS, VCP< OBD Eleven, ODIS) and scan the car for error.

It might also be a known software issue with KESSY controller, I had the same, firmware upgrade solved it.
