Bluetooth missing some data

Hi all, I have a February 2015 Rapid SE Sport Spaceback and the problem is after initially connecting my phone everything works perfectly including phonebook, call lists, missed calls and previous calls but later maybe next day even the only data which comes back on the car screen is the phone book,  all the icons are there but nothing in there, i searched for this problem previously and the answer I found was to reset my network settings in my phone which is all very well but that operation removes all my wifi memory as well from the phone which is a Moto G8 power.

That restores everything until the next time my phone connects.

Has anyone come across this on any other Skoda, any help would be much appreciated as most of the time if I want to make a call I have get the phone book up and scroll through the list till I find the contact I need, not very convenient whilst driving.

I looked at the Skoda software update portal but it only shows the Spaceback after May 2015 which must be when they updated the media unit from MIB1 to MIB2
