Ea211 1.2 water pump with toothed belt

Hello folks. Hoping someone might have an answer. Going to replace the water pump and toothed belt (for water pump) on my 2013 Octavia 1.2 77kW CJZA. When I look for new parts I realize there are two kinds of PUMPS for CJZA, one before MY 05 2013 and one for after 05 2013. The only difference I can see is that the pump for after 05 2023 have one extra small hose flange beside the upper hose flange. Also I see there are two different toothed belts, 81 and 87 teeth. Most pumps have 28 teeth while some others have 29 teeth sprocket. 

Some manufacturers have only "one pump fits all" as far as I can tell, like CONTITECH WP6137 with 28 teeth sprocket, but Contitech sell both 81 and 87 toothed belts.

When I look for my engine production date, most parts are marked 03 2023. The water pump does not have the additional upper hose flange, meaning I need the pump before MY 05 2013? Does anyone have an answer what kind of toothed belt I need? Contitech CT 1185 (81 teeth) or Contitech CT 1169 (87 teeth), and will CONTITECH WP6137 water pump fit?
