I have a 2020 Superb.

 

When I mute the sound of the radio or media by pressing the left toggle switch on the MF steering wheel something strange happens.

 

If anyone talks in the car there is a strange echo.

 

I can only describe it like the internal mic of the car is picking up the conversation and playing it through the speakers. The car has this large echo within it. The only way I can stop it is switching the HU off and on.

 

Any ideas?
