2015 business SE superb. stereo issue

Hi, I have a mk 1 facelift 2015 superb and the stereo/ nav unit I think is the amusement? It keeps going to a grey screen but can still hear the radio etc but can't do anythi g else , no volume control , then it come back on then turns completely off, it's really annoying, I took the unit out to see if reset but that didn't work and now the airbag light has illuminated, I've searched forums and Google but can't see anything,anyone had this at all. Thanks
