Featured Replies

Hi,

I own skoda Octavia mk3 2014 model.
Where to locate my car mechatronics number other than the mechatronics itself. any help would be highly appreciated.

thanks

@Suhail

Maybe start by saying what engine your Octavia has so that we know what DSG you have.

Is it a 1.6 TDI or a 1.2, 1.4 or a 1.8 TSI Petrol with a DQ200 DSG.

Or a 2.0 TDI or TSI with a DQ250 DSG?

?

What is wrong with DSG or the MCU?

Why is the date reading incorrect?

  • Author

Hi,

I am uncertain of the situation. It seems that the mechanical alterations have transformed my initial mechatronics. I was curious to find out if there are alternative methods for verifying the mechantronics number.

when does you get this kind of scanning report?

My guess is mechantronics has been changed? Could you please tell me what could be the reason for incorrect reading ?

I can't. I just thought that as the date doesn't make any sense are the fault codes correct?

That may be some setting error! But still will check with the mechanic.

thanks for pointing it out..
