Retrofitting Mk2 DRL reflector into MK 1 Fog Light housing?

Does anyone know whether the newer Mk II Fabia DRL reflector piece would retrofit into a Mk i Fabia Fog Light Housing?

The DRLs I am referring to are the ones with the four LED's mounted in a "fog" like housing that go into the lower grill
