Satnav updates, lack of sd card

Evening all, I went looking  to see what satnav maps I was running to see if I could look at potential updates. 

I believe I'm running the admunson system and look like it had an update in 2019, but It looks like it hasn't an sd card, what are my options considering a lack of PC at present
