Post 2009/10 Fabia remote key code ? Dealer only ?

My vehicles for 2011 Fabia Monte Carlo

Hi I want to order a spare flip key with ID Chip in from eBay but unsure whether any will be compatible. 
 

I came across this info on web regarding Skoda transponder types

it states MY 2009 onwards is dealer coded ?

Anyone  know whether I can order a 3 button flip key with ID48 Type 2 chip ? is it possible to code to car without having to visit dealer ?
