Can I get recommendations where to pick up a secondhand  or refurbished columbus unit

The details are it is hw 23 sw 6270.I have tried to fix it but still get the error message.

What is the error you get?

I am getting "insert swl cd error" after trying the steps on a previous topic. Not sure if the dvd-m5 is busted or what. Unless i could get an Image i could burn or replace the DVD Im not sure what else to do with it.
