Anyone got a solution to car not being found on an enjaq charging for Ovo charge anytime? Sick of it. A total pain. 

 

Can't get it to work.

 

Looks all good and then get the spinning screen?

Have you contacted Ovo to see if they can help?

Got it sorted after weeks. Seemed to be on the settings in the Skoda infotainment that needed unchecked. A sharp on the tech Skoda salesman sorted me in the end. Was very hidden and not where you would expect it to be. Pretty well hidden 

Hi - I’m having the same issue - are you able to give any further details regarding which setting I need to change and where it is in the menu??

Just had a look in the car and think it’s was in users that you go to. You have to stick on location data I think so that you can show your location to the app. Sorry not entirely sure but have a look in user settings. It was a Skoda sales person that sorted it. Give them a shout if not sure.
