Auto Light Retrofit

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

I managed to find one thread about this but wanted to double check with all of you. I would like to change my current standard light switch to one with auto switching. I have a fabia mk3 from 2017 1.2 TSI Ambition. I understand there might be some need for additional light sensor ? I believe however that I do have one already as I noticed many times that my dashboard would dim or increase in lighting depending on ambient lighting.

Could anyone guide me to verify what I have first and what light switch I should get ?

Thanks a lot

You’ll [or those with automatic light feature] will find it funny/ironic that I wanted to go the other way; i.e. delete the auto lights function from my car 😄

Did you ever work this out? Seem to be lots of kits on AliExpress that include a sensor but struggling to find one the right colour and connection for a Mk III Fabia. Would be nice if I could just fit the auto version 5E0941431D
