Have what seems to be a common issue with CarPlay crackling when car is moving. Believe it's as simple as a firmware update if anyone could PM a link to this?

 

MEN2_EU_SKGPxP7381L is my currently software version and 8740.

 

Please help - only bought this car yesterday!

The software train should look something like this for example;

MST2_EU_VW_ZR_P0480T

 

I popped the one you supplied into mib helper (a handy website for all things mib2) as MEN2_EU_SK_GP_P7381L (Following typical format) but it had absolutely no idea.

 

If you hold down the MENU button for 3+ seconds you can open the menu to find a) a menu of your hardware part no, current software version and b) a menu to find your SW Train. If you could take a snap of that, that'd be grand.
