Also sometimes it does not see the phone. I renewed the software and it does it again. Can someone who knows tell me the solution?

Please don't tell me "connect via bluetooth".  For example, if I buy a car link kit and connect to the car play application via wifi, will the audio connection break again?

Would you be able to give a few more details on the specification of the car, such as which unit is installed and the current software version

Also, have you tried different USB cables to rule that out as the issue?
