Anyone having the firmware for RNS510 sw version 6276 ?

Just to jump on this thread...

My head unit is stuck in German with no sound, I've tried restarting multiple times and updating the firmware with a burned dvd-r but no response from the unit. It takes in the disc for a few minutes with a blank screen then spits it back out. Is there a specific version I need for my unit?

I just need Bluetooth and DAB radio, not fussed about maps.

Having trouble uploading images but the label on my head unit says:

3T0035686C

HW:H10

SW:5238

It means your disk drive is faulty and must be replaced

@Cairus My RNS510 boots up as VW, how can I make it boot up as Skoda? Is there a direct Skoda firmware file, or is there a different method to make it work as a Skoda?

On my 2012 Octavia, the push buttons work, but the rotary dial for volume up/down is not active. Also, the device doesn't turn off when I remove the ignition key. Do you have any suggested solutions?
