Window issue / key

Fabia MK111 2016.

The drivers side window will go down but has become temperamental when selected up. It can take several goes at selecting the switch to the up position before it responds. Once it does start moving up it will close normally. 

Is this likely to be an issue with the switch or something else, perhaps the regulator? 

I have snapped a key blade. Any recommendations for getting a replacement blade, a new key fob and the associated expense is not required as the current one works?
