Featured Replies

Hi All,

I have Enyaq Loft and the car was in a service last April and it seems they forgot to reset the service alert, could you please advise how can i reset it without going back to the garage?

I do have OBD2 Carista, can i do it with it?

Thanks,

I don't think you can - it is locked down with security protections

You must have had the car for two years now? So service and brake fluid change is now required; so notification is correct?

The service you had at one year old was an extra suggested to you but not required.

(I don’t think any are 3 years old yet, but if yours is you are correct and the dealer should sort it foc as if you had it correctly serviced at 2 years then next would be  due at 4 years)

I have the car from Oct' 2022, and i had the first service in 15k KM which was in April 2023 but it seems that they forgot to reset the service alert?

Because i have now 24k KM in my car and it seems the alert is in 600 KM, which seems to be incorrect.

@LioriKyou can always ask the Dealer principal if they are going to do a free inspection and then set the service indicator since their staff made the error and not you. They never learn unless they are given incentives or penalised.
