Can someone please help with the po122 Throttle Pedal Position Sensor/Switch (TPS) A Circuit Low Input.

i had a genuine pedal fitted to my Octavia vrs cr at the start of the year, all has been going fine but a few weeks ago I had the po122 code pop up, sure it’s not the pedal, it seems to drive ok. I checked connection on the throttle body and that was oily so took off the side of the throttle body and cleared the oil yet still have the issue, it’s intermittent and usually flashes up the glow plug, sometimes the engine management light.

can anyone tell me if the throttle body is the issue or should I be looking elsewhere? Cheers

Turned out to be a dodgy throttle body, new one fitted and issue gone
