Good evening all.

 

I am wanting to swap my tired key with my wife's nearly new key for my car.

 

My setting is number 1 on the memory seat, hers is 2.

 

Is it simply a case of ignition on, her key in, press SET and 1 together and that is it? Or is there more to it? Will that key then activate my settings after unlocking? 

 

Any advice welcome 

I found the answer with some deep digging. 

Normal seat set up, then without opening the door, take the key out of the ignition and press OPEN once. Once it bongs, you have swapped keys.
