Hi guys! My cousin has an issue with his mk3 Octavia (2017), that comes on mostly after the car(engine) has warmed up (and more frequently in the hot days). I've done a scan, and mostly got the errors listed below. Please give me your opinion about the possible cause, or if you met the same issue(s). I'm suspecting a connection issue, since the problem is intermittent and it goes into limp mode when they appear. He's been to multiple mechanics, including Skoda dealer, and got as many replies, ranging from changing the sensors to the ECM. He did change some of the sensors (neutral position sensor being one of them) and the issue came back.

Issue solved. It was the wiring loom, coming from the top of the engine, going down, between the engine and battery, under the battery. Apparently, it was too close to something, it needed to be moved a little, which I did while putting it back together (I took it apart, undid the tape, checked the wires for damage). Don't ask exactly which wire was the culprit, I didn't get into it that much, I was freezing my fingers off, I fixed it last december. So far so good.
