Brand new Superb iV

Featured Replies

Hi received my new Superb iv a week ago, the car is great but the infotainment system is utter junk!! I have the primary user issue, the system forgets my phones, phones don't make a sound when ringing, I get a loud snap noise through the speakers when I hang up a call, the air con never remembers the same setting, the memory seats wont save a setting, the engine mode won't save, system always defaults to e mode, I can 3 miles down the road before the system stops whelling and the air con and sat nav comes on...... I logged a call with Skoda and they advised me to book with a local dealer, I'm booked in on the 18th Sept but already very annoyed with it

The default to e mode is standard. Unfortunately the rest isn't. Good luck getting it sorted. How did you buy it? Rights are on your side at this early stage but you have to give the dealer a change to rectify before throwing the book at them.
