Another vibration on acceleration thread

Our 2007 1.2 has got 95k+ on the clock and it has just started rhythmically vibrating on acceleration going straight. More so with engine under load at lower revs, is ok once it picks up speed.

Don't think it's the exhaust joiner, that was fixed recently, there's loads of clearance and there's no outer CV noise on lock. Doesn't feel engine related, if anything that's smoother than ever with the new vaccuum hose. 

Some days it randomly was ok but now it 'always' does it when cold but almost impossible to get it to do it when fully warmed up on a run.

Had a feel of the inner CVs, very slight play when hot (in other words it was possible to feel a tiny bit of movement both sides rotationally and in/out) and checked when cold expecting it to be worse but if anything there was less/no play in them.
