I have a 2014 Greenline estate. Recently the tailgate refuses to open with the central locking. I was advised to change the lock. I have done this and it has made no difference at all. If you open it from inside the ignition comes on with Key not found on the dash display. We love this car. Can anyone shed some light on this please.

You should check the wiring in the rubber bellows between the hatch and the body.
