Yeti ventilation system fault

My 2014 Yeti has stopped blowing air from the central face level and front foot well vents. The display and lights function but there is no airflow. I can no longer hear the motor sounds that I used to hear which presumably were the airflow control flaps behind the dash. I've done a reset but it made no difference. 

Is there a fuse or similar controlling this? Or a linkage that needs resecuring. Or a new motor?
