Hello, My window has completely dropped on the front drivers side. I have removed door card, but there appears to be no access to the internal bits of the door? The only thing I can see is a small black panel? On most video tutorials it looks as if the metal panel can be removed, but on my car it all seems to be in one piece? I just want to get in to jack up the window so it's closed. Any help would be deeply appreciated. thank you.

Cover (panel) needs to come out. The glass should sit in two little carriers which runs up the guide channels.
