hi guys my radio and nav etc is muted and i carnt unmute it, any ideas....skoda superb estate 2020

What head unit you've got, Canton sound system etc? 

If it's Canton then there should be amplifier (in my 17reg) is under passengers seat covered with plastic protector. Move seat all the way to the front, then from the back you would be able to see plug to the amp. There is a little button to press and pull that pink handle backwards. See pictures. 

Maybe there is bad connection. This is the first steps I would do. If its unplugged volume would be swowing zero and wouldn't go up.
